SABER Refund & Exchange Policy


All sales are final. Refunds are not guaranteed.


Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to be reviewed by our team.


Submitting a refund request does not automatically mean the refund will be approved. Each request is reviewed based on the order details, item condition, and reason for the request.


To qualify for a possible refund, the item must be new, unworn, unwashed, unused, free of stains, free of odor, and in its original condition.


If a refund request is approved, the item must be returned to us before any refund can be processed.


Refunds are not issued until the approved return has been received and inspected by our team.


Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved by our team.


Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges


Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.


We may approve size exchanges on eligible items.


Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition to qualify for an exchange.


If an exchange request is approved, the original item must be returned to us before the exchange can be processed.


An exchange fee may apply to cover additional shipping and handling costs.


Delivered Orders


Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, SABER is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.


Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accurate shipping address at checkout.


Orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
